Revised Final

 We finished everything! After some constructive criticism, our group made sure to tackle everything we could. We ended up having to take scenes out and moving them around so everything could flow better.  That included deleting a lot of filler scenes that weren’t all that necessary. We made sure to put in the most important parts. All in all, it looks great! We didn’t even have to reshoot! Which was great because I was going to have no more of transportation. The sound was cleaned up too. I don’t know what Damaine did, but he did good! The audio is much clearer now. When Damaine told us he “cleaned it up”, we were all very concerned. Not that we don’t trust him, it’s just strange because it looked very unsaveable per se.  Damaine said he wasn’t going to refilm on Thursday and that he’d figure it out.  He proved his statement. Next class we’re going to work on transitions and any last minute tweaks before we have to turn it in. Overall, I’m very proud of Damaine and his skills, and my wonderful group. We made it work. We always do. This couldn’t of been done without them.

   During this class period, my partner and I set up our storyboard for our Crocs commercial. We decided on how the commercial would be set up first and then how we would set up the storyboard that will coordinate with our commercial. In our first box, we have the actress holding a pair of crocs to show the jibbitz/gems off that decorate the crocs. In our second box, the actor is seen putting on their crocs while they are sitting on a bench located in the school. The third box shows the actor walking with the crocs on in both sports and comfortable mode. After the shoes are shown in both of the different wearable modes, the cameraman or woman will zoom into the crocs, showing the different angles of the shoes. Finally, our last box/part of our commercial will include the actors dancing as the crocs slogan comes on the scene concluding our commercial. Comparing 9, the short, and 9, the full-length movie

  The first film was produced in 2005 and is a short film. 9 is a 2005 computer animated science fiction short film created by Shane Acker as a student project at the UCLA Animation Workshop. Tim Burton saw the film and later produced a feature-length adaptation also titled 9 in 2009, directed by Acker and distributed by Focus Features. 9 is a rag doll who appears to be the last of his kind, living in the ruins of a decaying, post-apocalyptic Earth. Hunting 9 is the Cat Beast, a mechanical monster wearing a cat's skull for a head. It appears to be guided by a small glowing talisman which it holds in its claws. 9 (the full film) is also a computer-animated science film directed by Shane Acker, written by Pamela Pettler and produced by Jim Lemley, Tim Burton, and Dana Ginsburg.  A scientist is ordered by his dictator to create a robot in the apparent name of progress, and so the scientist creates the B.R.A.I.N., a highly intelligent robot. The short film "Monday" by Parable is a visually striking and emotionally powerful work that explores the theme of loss and grief. The film is an award winning film. It is known as "inspiring and funny". One of the key elements that contributes to the film's impact is the use of common sound, common mis-en-scene, and common editing techniques. In terms of sound, the film uses a number of common techniques to create a cohesive and immersive experience.
